Posting multiple messages to make other people think we don't care about customers is not appreciated at all.
We're receiving tons of emails / feature requests / improvement suggestions.
Everybody explains his ideas / remarks kindly and we do pay attention to feedbacks.
But to be honest, we definitely don't understand what the main goal of your message is.
Won't it be more simple to shoot us an email to inform about the issue instead of posting everywhere messages saying that we aren't skilled enough?
Anyway we will take a look at your issue and reply as soon as we can.
